4. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 General Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAS India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the payment gateway.

6.2 Force Majeure: SAS India shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in processing payments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

8.1 Modifications: SAS India reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
