Case Reporting Policy

1. Initial Counselling Charges

1.1 An amount is charged for the initial counselling session involving the accused and the complainant. This fee covers the assessment of the case and preliminary advice on the course of action. The charges include: Drafting of Warning Letters, Drafting of Legal Notices, Drafting of RTI Applications, Verification of Case Reported, Lawyer Fees for Advisory Services.

These fees cover the administrative and legal costs incurred by SAS India in handling and processing the reported case.

2. Exclusion of Court Fees and Representation Charges

2.1 The charges mentioned above do not include any fees related to court cases or lawyer representation if the complaint escalates to the court of law. Should legal proceedings be necessary, additional costs will be communicated separately.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

3.1 All fees paid to SAS India for case reporting and related services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Right to Reject Complaints

4.1 SAS India reserves the right to reject a complaint at any stage if: there is misinterpretation of facts, incorrect or misleading information is provided, there is non-adherence to SAS Protocols or Policies, or there is a breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Policy. In the event of rejection, all fees paid remain non-refundable.
